Legal PA – Private Client (Perth)

Valeco Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established, independent Scottish law firm to recruit an experienced Legal PA for their Private Client team based in Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm with a strong reputation across private client, property, and commercial legal services. You’ll be providing high-level support to a busy Partner within a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full PA and administrative support to a Private Client Partner

  • Managing a busy diary and scheduling meetings

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and confidential client documentation

  • Audio typing and document formatting (including letters, wills, presentations)

  • Acting as a key liaison with clients and external stakeholders

  • Supporting the operational efficiency of the Private Client team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA role (preferably legal or professional services)

  • Strong understanding of Private Client work (wills, trusts, executries)

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document management

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong attention to detail and a professional, team-focused approach
